Work on communication, conflict and connection together.

- Changes in closeness, connection or trust
- Transitions and decisions you want to explore together

What a session involves
Time to talk. Room to ask.
The first conversation considers what each person hopes for and how shared sessions could work. The aim is to understand the relationship rather than decide who is right.
The therapist explains practical arrangements, confidentiality and the boundaries of working with two people. Together you discuss whether this setting is suitable.

Your questions
Questions about these sessions.
Do we both need to attend?
Shared sessions are designed for both people. The introductory conversation is a chance to ask how initial arrangements work and to discuss suitability before committing.
Will the therapist take sides?
The sample approach makes room for both perspectives and looks at how you relate to each other. You can ask about the therapist’s way of working in the introductory call.
Does therapy mean we have to stay together?
The purpose is to create space for understanding and considered decisions. This demo does not promise a particular relationship outcome.
